Apera Instruments PH700-BC benchtop pH meter comes with LabSen® 823 pH/temp. electrode designed for accurate measurement in biotechnology and pharmaceutical samples e.g. biological fluids, enzyme solutions, and other protein-containing solutions as well as TRIS buffers, liquid food (milk, yogurt, sauce...), beverage, and general water solutions.

• Built with Protelyte Reference Electrolyte a tasteless, odorless, and microorganism-safe electrolyte that fully complies with EC Regulation 1935/2004 for safe contact with food products. This makes it an optimal choice for accurate measurements in biotechnology applications, including biological fluids, enzyme solutions, and protein-containing solutions, TRIS buffers, etc. as well as in food and beverage applications e.g. milk, yogurt, jam, sauce, etc.
